The War to End Slavery 

You will assist General Phillip Franklin at the battle of Johnstown near Washington, DC. Your objective is to determine and report which route the rebels will choose in their advance. Help the war effort by rolling bandages, translating, and deciphering, but more importantly, your efforts will bring old enemies to new friends in this heartwarming look at forgiveness in the midst of war.

This 80 minute, be-part-of-the-production, live action, costumed, outdoor event begins with a short video and ends with group reflection. 

Starting at 11:20, groups of 10 depart every 10 minutes. You will have the ability to enter your preferred time of departure in the registeration. Please note, we will do our best to accommodate your time, but there are no guarantees. 

Arrive: 11:10 (This gives you a little time for parking, restrooms, and looking around.)

Event: 11:20/11:30/11:40/11:50 and runs for 80 minutes

This event is rain or shine, so dress appropriately.

Lunch: Feel free to bring sack lunch and eat in the nearby picnic area.
