About the Event
This is a 3-in-1 event! Students will learn about WI wildlife through a live presentation that covers hunting, conservation efforts, and indepth information on deer behavior, habitat, and needs. Then, students will have the opportunity to walk through the Touch of the Wild trailer. This is a 30-foot trailer filled with taxidermied animals like bear, badger, coyote, and of course, deer. This is a hands-ON trailer.Â
After the presentation, participants can stay and have lunch at the picnic tables and play on the playground for a bit.Â
