About the Event

Dress for the weather as we head out into the muddy woods to see how maple trees are tapped for their sap. Learn about how the sap is transformed into maple syrup and taste some delicous samples. Ski's Sugar Shack uses a unique process of reverse osmosis to make their syrup. We will get an up close tour to see how that process is done and the equipment required.

Flexibility!

Apparently, weather plays a significant role in telling trees to make sap. If the weather doesn't cooperate, there won't be anything for us to see. You'll be notified either way, but if the tour gets called off, we'll notify you as soon as possible.

This is a SATURDAY event.
