Welcome aboard the authentic La Crosse Queen paddlewheeler on the upper Mississippi River!

This sightseeing tour paddles the main channel of the river. Your guide will explain facts and trivia of the historical and present day river, as well as point out local points of interest. Watch for eagles and other wildlife as we cruise past steep bluffs adjacent to the Great River Road — designated by AAA as one of the most scenic areas in America! Then as you near Lock & Dam No.7 in Dresbach, Minnesota, we will explain the locking process to you!

1:00 to 2:30 - Tour the Grand Mississippi

Registration Deadline: Thursday, September 13th, 2023

All WISE students and one parent/guardian can attend for no cost.

Adult non-WISE Guests and children 3 and older: $11/each

Cash or Check will be collected in the parking lot before the tour.

Don't forget to dress for the weather. Being out on the water can get a little chilly.  The cruise allows for food on board but no coolers. There is a small park across from the dock. You are welcome to bring a picnic and fun things to do (like frisbee).
