Busy Barn is the place for hands-on ag-exploration!

There are over 40 activities on the farm.

The education barn offers hands-on learning including the educational hand hole discovery box, simulated milking cow 'Holly the Holstein,' farm scale, bolt table, and rocking farm animals. Sit awhile at our movie theater to enhance your learning experience about agriculture in Wisconsin. There is a new agriculture topic every year and this year it is BEES. Visit and feed all our furry and feathered friends in the animal bar. Take a tractor-drawn wagon ride around the farm property. Dependent on weather and field conditions.

Explore the 5-acre maze and test your knowledge on agriculture as you answer questions to find your way out.

And don't forget that every student can get a pumkin on the way out!

Much of this event will be outdoors and there's no rain date. Make sure to dress appropriately.  We will gather near the ticket booth at 9:40 and enter as a group, so please try to be on time.  Busy Barn does not sell food, so you may want to pack a lunch. Picnic tables are in an enclosed tented area. Leave your lunch in your vehicle and bring it in when you are ready to eat. Busy Barn does not have a "bubbler," but they do sell water for 1.50/bottle.
